Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 + Overtime Eligible

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume food manufacturing environment . This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical expertise who thrives in fast-paced production settings and enjoys developing teams while driving equipment reliability and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


Lead & Develop the Maintenance Team


Supervise, coach, and mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SOPs and best practices

Build team engagement, accountability, and performance


Drive Maintenance Excellence


Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate priorities with Production teams

Execute preventive, predictive, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies

Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency


Monitor Performance & Continuous Improvement


Track KPIs including uptime, OEE, maintenance effectiveness, and contractor performance

Analyze trends and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance

Support initiatives that reduce downtime and increase asset reliability


Ensure Compliance & Operational Continuity


Maintain compliance with USDA and applicable regulatory standards

Ensure accurate maintenance records, inventory updates, and system documentation

Support uninterrupted operations by managing urgent issues and maintaining workflow continuity


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and maintenance leadership experience

2+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations

Experience leading teams, training employees, and managing projects

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Required: Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as business needs require


Preferred Background:

Food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, refrigeration systems, reliability maintenance, plant maintenance, utilities, TPM, CMMS, and continuous improvement.
