We are seeking a highly competent and versatile professional to join our team. This is not just a welding position; we need a leader who can execute high-level sanitary welds while also managing job sites and crews. You must be comfortable working entirely on your own to solve problems in the field, as well as supervising a team to ensure projects are completed to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialized Welding: Perform high-quality food-grade sanitary welds (TIG/Purge) on stainless steel piping and equipment.
Project Management: Oversee individual jobs from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior employees on-site, delegating tasks and ensuring safety compliance.
Fabrication & Install: Execute custom fabrication and installation projects as required by the client.
Problem Solving: Ability to assess facility issues and implement effective solutions independently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TIG welding and sanitary stainless-steel fabrication.
Strong background in food and beverage industrial environments.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Experience in a supervisory or foreman role (managing people and projects).
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within Indiana for specific projects as needed.
