Residential Electrical Estimator
Our client is a regional electrical contractor serving Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join their team and help secure profitable single and multi-family projects.
What You'll do:
- Review plans, specs and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates
- Prepare detailed labor, material and equipment cost breakdowns
- Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times
- Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications and historical cost data
- Support value engineering and change order pricing
What they're looking for:
- 2+ years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure)
- Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (e.g., Winest, Excel) - willing to train on company software
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, labor productivity, and basic code requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, math skills and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
Compensation:
- Salary: $60,000- $65,000 annually
