Position: Roof Repair Expert
Are you an experienced roofing repair professional who takes pride in solving problems, delivering quality workmanship, and helping homeowners protect their investments? This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Roofing Repair Technician who can diagnose issues, perform high-quality repairs, and provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
Responsibilies
• Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage and problem areas
• Diagnose roof leaks and determine the source of water intrusion
• Complete repairs and maintenance on existing roofing systems
• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper performance
• Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
• Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers and management
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential roofing experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, flashing, and ventilation
• Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing issues
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license required
