Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service quality
- Hire, train, and motivate team members to build a strong, positive work culture
- Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and overall productivity
- Monitor food and supply inventory, control costs, and coordinate vendor orders
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
- Review sales and labor reports to drive profitability and meet KPIs
- Support and execute local store marketing and community engagement efforts
- Foster a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably in QSR
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and staffing
- Comfortable with POS systems, labor scheduling tools, and basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
