Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid driver's license (often requiring a clean driving record) and experience towing trailers or driving large commercial vehicles.
- Certifications: ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and local Board of Health permits.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy supplies (20-50 lbs), and work in confined, high-heat spaces.
