Escrow Officer
Job Summary
Prepares buyers for real estate transactions and processes the legal paperwork necessary to close.
General Responsibilities
- Facilitates the hold and transfer of funds for buyers, sellers and lenders.
- Acts as an intermediary between all parties involved in the transaction.
- Reviews real estate contracts and deeds.
- Helps clear title
- Makes sure that all parties fulfill their legal and financial obligations before funds are disbursed and escrow transactions are completed.

Job Qualifications
Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 2-3 years of related experience
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, Service orientation, Judgment and decision making, Critical thinking, Time Management
