Responsibilities
- Candidates must be based in an East Coast location, and this will be a travelling role covering the East Coast location
- Review solar PV system designs and operating systems for quality and compliance
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and evaluations of PV and storage systems
- Analyze system data and troubleshoot existing or potential issues
- Support commissioning activities, including thermal imaging, insulation resistance testing, and reporting
- Review low voltage, medium voltage, wiring, control diagrams, specifications, and data sheets
- Coordinate with engineering and inspection partners to ensure project quality standards
- Travel throughout the East Coast region for inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting support
Requirements
- Experience with solar PV systems, including design, installation, inspection, or O&M
- Strong understanding of LV/MV systems, civil and structural plans, DAS, and communication networks
- Familiarity with central and string inverters, PVSYST, and Helioscope
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Smartsheet, Procore, and
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel up to 75% across the East Coast
- Candidates must be based in an East Coast location
- Engineering degree or equivalent field experience preferred
