If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable towing and handling boats, and take pride in treating customer property with care, we'd like to hear from you.

• Perform pre-trip inspections of tow vehicles and trailers

• Communicate with customers professionally during pickup and drop-off

• Keep accurate records of each move (locations, condition notes, mileage)

• Fog engines and stabilize/treat fuel systems

• Change engine oil and lower-unit/gear oil as needed

• Remove, charge, and store batteries

• Drain water systems, livewells, and plumbing

• Inspect and note any service issues for follow-up

Summerization / Spring Commissioning

• Re-install batteries, drain plugs, and components removed for storage

• Remove antifreeze and recommission cooling and plumbing systems

• Inspect belts, hoses, impellers, and steering/controls

• Test-run engines and verify all systems before delivery

• Detail and prep boats for the season as required

• Follow safety procedures for lifting, towing, and shop work

• Assist with other yard, storage, and service tasks during peak season

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience towing trailers (boat trailers strongly preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn marine systems

• Ability to follow procedures and work independently

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

• Prior marine service, dealership, or powersports experience

• Familiarity with inboard, outboard, and sterndrive systems

• Experience with shrink-wrapping and winterization

• Boat launch/retrieval experience

• Able to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in seasonal conditions

• Able to bend, kneel, climb, and work on and around boats and trailers

• Hours vary with the season; flexibility required during peak periods

• Compensation based on experience
