Hiring Senior Electrical Project Manager in SeaTac, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a major transportation infrastructure project in Washington. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-profile, long-term project while managing large teams, driving project performance, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.
  • Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, resource allocation, and productivity.
  • Administer contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor project teams across operations, field, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with clients, transportation authorities, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage project closeout activities, documentation, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field required.
  • 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience required.
  • Experience managing large commercial electrical projects valued at $40M+ preferred.
  • Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, estimating, cost controls, and contract management.
  • Transportation, airport, or aviation project experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 annually (DOE) + bonus opportunity
