Hiring Senior Electrical Project Manager in SeaTac, WA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a major transportation infrastructure project in Washington. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-profile, long-term project while managing large teams, driving project performance, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Administer contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor project teams across operations, field, and support functions.
- Coordinate with clients, transportation authorities, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project closeout activities, documentation, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field required.
- 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience required.
- Experience managing large commercial electrical projects valued at $40M+ preferred.
- Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, estimating, cost controls, and contract management.
- Transportation, airport, or aviation project experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 annually (DOE) + bonus opportunity
