Premier Trade Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical construction projects in the Columbia, SC area. We're looking for a proven leader who can manage field operations, maintain a safe work environment, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations on commercial electrical construction projects.
- Lead and supervise Foremen and electrical crews.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate with Project Managers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Manage project documentation including timesheets, safety reports, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Assist with planning upcoming work and identifying project needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Lead Foreman ready to step into a Superintendent role.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Experience managing multiple crews on commercial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with material ordering and project coordination.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
