CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a Dallas-based legal services client. This role supports complex litigation matters through all phases of a case, from intake through trial preparation and resolution.
What You'll Do
- Manage cases from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages
- Handle e-filing and court communications
- Organize medical records, reports, and case documentation
- Track deadlines and litigation milestones
- Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills
- Experience managing cases independently
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
