Job Opportunities: CNC Machinist & CNC Programmer / CMM Inspection
Location:Livermore, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Shift: Monday - Friday (Programmer hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Compensation:$32.00 - $45.00 / hour (Depending on position and experience)

Available Positions
1. CNC Machinist
Salary:$32.00 - $37.00 / hour We are looking for a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined machinist to join our in-house machine shop. You will focus on prototype and short-run production demanding high-quality, rapid turnaround times.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant machining work experience.
- Proven experience with CNC setups, runs, and component inspection.
- Strong experience using CNC Vertical machines (Haas is a major plus).
- Familiarity with manual mills and lathes is a plus.
- Experience machining a variety of different materials.
- Ability to work from verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Physically able to lift and move equipment up to 75 pounds.
- Willingness to work periodic overtime when needed to help the team.
2. CNC Programmer / CMM Inspection
Salary:$35.00 - $45.00 / hour This unique leadership role combines advanced CNC programming with oversight of our CMM inspection and quality verification processes. You will program complex 3D components and collaborate closely with machinists and engineering.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience.
- Strong proficiency with Mastercam, including creating and optimizing 2D and 3D toolpaths.
- Thorough understanding of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing methods.
- Sharp ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
- Experience with CMM operation, inspection processes, and quality documentation is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
