Job Title: Tool & Die maker

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties:
The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining stamping dies and tooling.
Key daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment performs at optimal levels.
Additionally, the Tool & Die Maker will work closely with production teams to support manufacturing activities, maintain tool quality, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in toolmaking, die maintenance, and experience working with stamping dies
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
Experience with operating machining equipment such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC machinery
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and precision measurement skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Journeyman certification in Tool & Die Making is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
Previous manufacturing experience in industries such as automotive, defense, or energy is a plus
