What You'll Do:
- Work directly with attorneys to manage Divorce and Family Law cases
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and care
- Communicate with clients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Organize and prepare case materials, including trial exhibits and client notebooks
- Manage scheduling, docketing, filing, and compliance with deadlines and procedures
- Conduct research and investigate facts to assist in dispute resolution
- Handle billing, file management, and maintain detailed documentation using case management software
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of paralegal experience preferred, but applicants with no paralegal experience will be considered (Family Law preferred, but all legal backgrounds considered)
- Knowledge of Colorado Divorce Procedures and court processes
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with hourly billing and legal case software
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow
