CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

We're looking for an experienced CNC Laser Machine Operator to set up, run, and troubleshoot laser cutting machine used in sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Mitsubishi, or similar).
- Perform changeovers and ensure correct lenses, programs, and parameters.
- Conduct visual and measured quality inspections.
- Record and report machine or quality issues.
- Identify metal types and understand shielded gasses used in laser cutting.
- Package finished parts and prepare shipments.
- Operate forklift, tow motor, hoist/crane, pallet jack, and related equipment.
- Assist other departments and support special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with CNC laser setup, operation, and programming.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers, etc.).
- Experience with metal forming/finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
- Comfortable in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
