Lead Electrician - Allied Electric Heating & Air Prescott, AZ
Pay: $30-$40/hr (based on experience)

Allied Electric Heating & Air has been serving Prescott homeowners for nearly a decade. We're a locally-owned residential service company built on honest work, skilled people, and long-term relationships - with our customers and our team. We're growing, and we're looking for a Lead Electrician who wants to plant roots somewhere that invests in them.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish
- Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and represent Allied with professionalism
- Uphold safety standards and code compliance on every job
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Journeyman license preferred (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
- Strong leadership and customer-facing communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of NEC and Arizona electrical codes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
