Provide a range of administrative duties including communications, print production, calendar, finance, accounts, payroll, supplies, operations, set-up, phone, website, social media, email, meeting minutes, correspondence, reporting. Financial duties require fluent use and knowledge of QuickBooks (Online), end-to-end bookkeeping including payroll, generating financial statements, monthly reporting and year end audit preparation. Discretion and confidentiality are of utmost importance.
