Can read any blueprint or schematic
Mentors electricians, top helpers and apprentices in the NEC
Leads and motivates a team of Foremen & Leads to BE BETTER

WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE CAROLINAS
Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary leader of field forces on a job site
- Direct and manage electrician, foremen and crews
- Enforce safety, quality and production standards on active job sites
- Coordinate daily field operations with the Project Manager
- Develop and update the project schedules including two-week look ahead schedules. Update those schedules in tracking systems
- Clear communication and updates with PM's, GC, clients, internal departments and engineers
- Maintain accurate cost reports
Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:
- 10+ years commercial electrical construction experience
- industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Data Center/Pharmaceutical Facilities/Hospital construction experience is required
- Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully. Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.
- Experience managing projects $20M+.
- Open to travel (preferred)
- Candidate should have experience with or be able to learn project management and scheduling software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
