Paralegal - Personal Injury Law (Hybrid)

Oakland-based litigation firm specializing in personal injury law seeks an experienced Paralegal to join our team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars
• Prepare motion and trial materials, exhibits, and evidence
• Review medical records and coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of California & Federal practice and Discovery Code
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
