Job Description
Quality "Plus" Services is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for heavy commercial data center projects. This is a long term opportunity working in fast paced, mission critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in data centers
- Run and bend EMT, rigid, and IMC conduit
- Install cable tray and pull/terminate conductors
- Install and terminate switchgear, panels, transformers, UPS, PDUs, generators
- Read blueprints, schematics, and one line diagrams
- Follow NEC, OSHA, and site safety requirements
- Work closely with foremen and project leadership
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or state equivalent)
- 4+ years commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Data center or large scale commercial experience preferred
- Strong NEC knowledge
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with A/B power systems
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Secure/active data center experience
