- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts.

- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in training junior machinists and interns.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining or related field.
- Proficient in operating CNC or manual lathes and mills.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
