Responsiblities:
- Conduct thorough client and witness interviews that capture essential case details
- Compile and analyze comprehensive case documentation including medical records, bills, and accident reports
- Collaborate with attorneys on drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and other critical legal documents
- Manage case workflows while maintaining clear, timely communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for clients navigating challenging circumstances
