We are seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our Dallas litigation team. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing discovery and discovery responses
- Preparation for hearings, trials, mediation, and scheduling depositions
- Drafting and filing pleadings and motions
- Calendaring hearings and deadlines
- Performing administrative duties
- Ability to organize and prioritize a litigation docket
- Ability in monitoring medical care, following up on medical and billing affidavits
- Ability to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with the court
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a ligation paralegal is required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Needles experience
- Must be Bilingual
