Multiple roles are available on 1st and 2nd shift across mills, lathes, and grinders. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. Open Positions
- Haas Vertical Mill - 1st & 2nd shift
- Okuma Horizontal Mill - 1st & 2nd shift
- Puma Horizontal Lathe - 1st & 2nd shift
- Mazak Horizontal Lathe - 1st & 2nd shift
- Cylindrical Grinder - 1st & 2nd shift
Additional support roles also open: Shop Hand, Maintenance Technician, and CMM Operator. What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment (mills, lathes, grinders).
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G/M-code.
- Perform in-process inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Prior CNC machining experience required.
- Knowledge of Haas, Okuma, Puma, or Mazak machines a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
