Job Description Job Description
Hughes Law Group is seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Sacramento office. This is a full-time, in-person position with regular hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though we are open to considering reasonable accommodations for part-time schedules. We do not expect our staff to work evenings or weekends.
We are a low-turnover, established family law firm practicing exclusively in Sacramento and Placer Counties. Our owner has practiced family law for over thirty years, building a reputation for excellence and developing protocols that allow our team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a supportive, balanced workplace. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, be highly organized, and manage multiple deadlines while maintaining professionalism and composure.
We are seeking someone who brings more than just problem-spotting. The ideal candidate will present both the issue and a proposed solution to the attorney for approval, anticipate what needs to be done, and move cases forward without needing constant direction.
