Russo Modular is hiring experienced Metal Framers to join our growing commercial modular construction team. We manufacture high-quality modular buildings in a fast-paced production environment using precision steel framing systems and commercial construction standards.

What You'll Do
- Assemble and install light gauge metal framing for commercial modular buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
- Measure, cut, and fasten steel studs and track accurately
- Work with production crews to maintain workflow and quality standards
- Install wall panels, headers, backing, and structural components
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience with metal stud framing preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
- Familiarity with commercial construction practices
- Experience using hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
