MDM Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial, supermarket, grocery store, restaurant, and retail construction projects - including both ground up builds and renovations - ranging from $50K to $5M throughout New England and New York.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, licensing, and project background.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain strong communication with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Manage and maintain project schedules
- Schedule inspections and coordinate onsite deliveries
- Maintain daily logs and project documentation
- Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
- Oversee quality control and punch list completion
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Previous supermarket, grocery store, restaurant, or retail construction experience preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and managerial skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safe construction practices
