Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Executive who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

This position requires daily travel throughout Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Clark, Yamhill, and Marion Counties to meet with prospective clients, conduct facility walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and close new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, personable, and comfortable prospecting, cold calling, networking, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and telemarketing.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person sales appointments and facility walkthroughs.
  • Identify customer needs and present customized cleaning solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent CleanNet professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
  • B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
  • Team player who works well with others and contributes to a positive company culture.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and business development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Commercial cleaning industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Must be comfortable traveling daily throughout Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Clark, Yamhill, and Marion Counties.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based out of our executive offices in Southwest Portland near Washington Square Mall.
