Aspen Bravo is an East Tennessee-based residential window and door replacement company built right here in the Knoxville market, and we're growing fast. We're looking for motivated individuals from Knoxville and the surrounding communities who want more than just another job.

This is a 100% commission-based sales position with expected annual earnings of $150,000+ for individuals who meet performance expectations, with significant upside for those who advance into leadership.

This is not a job for everyone.

We are highly selective in who we bring onto our team because we invest heavily in training, mentorship, and long-term development. We do not believe in bringing people on and hoping they figure it out. Our training is structured, hands-on, and designed to help the right individuals begin producing quickly, with a goal of helping qualified team members reach $3,000+ per week as quickly as possible.

While sales experience can be helpful, we often prefer highly coachable individuals without prior sales experience who can learn our system without bringing bad habits with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities through direct homeowner engagement
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Present solutions and close sales
  • Follow Aspen Bravo's proven sales process
  • Manage customer communication and follow-up
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture
