Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being
- Meet or exceed, new enrollment target through the conduct of independent, thorough, accurate marketing and enrollment presentations to potential businesses in assigned territory
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of and accurately represent all of company product lines
- Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients to complete the enrollment process
- Maintain and nurture constructive relationships with community organizations, trade associations, local business groups, city agencies, and other company business associates
- Complete and submit, in a timely manner, all reports required by management
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade
Requirements:
- No experience required - just a great attitude and interest in helping others!
- High school diploma or GED required
- AA or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license required
- WI State Accident and Health License and/or WI State Life License preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar software applications. Demonstrate a proven ability to use and operate a laptop and other technical devices.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and negotiation skills are required
- Able to pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship
