Job Summary
B&B Restoration Pros is seeking motivated and driven Outdoor Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This position involves meeting homeowners face-to-face, inspecting properties for storm-related damage, generating leads, and helping customers navigate the insurance restoration process. If you're self-motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and want unlimited earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity.
No roofing experience is required-we provide training and support. Sales experience is helpful but not necessary for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prospect neighborhoods affected by hail and wind storms.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing and generate leads.
- Schedule and perform roof inspections.
- Identify storm-related roofing, siding, and gutter damage.
- Educate homeowners about the insurance claims process.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the project.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters when needed.
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
