Atlasta Solar Center is hiring motivated, mission-driven Energy Services Associates to help residential and commercial customers on the Western Slope reduce utility costs and transition to the next generation of clean energy. This is more than a sales job. It's a front-row seat - and an active role - in one of the most important economic and technological transformations of our time.

The Electricity-as-a-Service Model. We don't lead with panels. We lead with a simpler value proposition: a lower monthly electric rate. Our reps sell energy savings through programs like Palmetto/LightReach ($0 down, lower monthly bill) and our in-house prepaid lease (one payment, $0/month). When you lead with savings, the conversation changes entirely.


A Full Electrotech Product Suite. You'll have solutions for almost every customer: solar, battery storage, mini splits and heat pumps, EV charging, and upcoming options like Propel from CED Greentech. More products mean more conversations, more closes, and more earning potential.


Real Local Roots. Our market is Mesa County and the Western Slope. You'll know your territory, your customers, and your community - and you'll build a reputation that compounds over time.

What You'll Do


- Conduct door-to-door outreach and self-generated lead follow-up to schedule in-home or on-site consultations

- Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess energy use, explain the value of electrification, and identify the right product mix

- Present and close solar proposals including $0-down PPAs, prepaid leases, and owned-system options

- Cross-sell battery storage, heat pumps, mini splits, and EV charging solutions as part of a whole-home energy upgrade

- Build accurate proposals and financing summaries; coordinate with our project team after the sale

- Maintain your pipeline in CRM - track leads, follow-ups, and project status from first contact through installation

- Represent Atlasta Solar Center at community events, referral programs, and local business outreach

- Stay current on utility rates, incentive programs, and new Electrotech products as the industry evolves


A Day in the Life


A typical day might start with a morning door-knock canvass in a target neighborhood, followed by two or three pre-scheduled in-home consultations in the afternoon. You'll run your own numbers, tailor a proposal on-site, and walk a customer through exactly what their new monthly electric cost looks like. Between appointments, you're following up on warm leads in your CRM and touching base with the project team on customers moving toward installation. No two days are identical - but every day you're moving people closer to a decision that saves them money.


What We're Looking For


- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable to your own numbers

- Genuine interest in clean energy, sustainability, technology, or the future of the electric grid

- Ability to learn technical and financial concepts and explain them clearly to everyday customers

- Positive attitude and a desire to grow - in this role, in this company, and in this industry

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, HVAC, electrical, construction, or solar is a plus - but we will train the right person

Compensation & Benefits


We believe in paying people well while they ramp, and paying them better as they perform.


- 90-day non-recoverable draw: base pay per month guaranteed while you build your book (this is yours - it does not have to be paid back)

- Solar commissions: tiered based on volume

- HVAC & electrification commissions:
