  • Coordinate daily activities to meet project timelines and milestones
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements
  • Monitor quality control and identify potential issues before they become problems
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors on larger projects
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to management
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
  • Help manage service calls and specialty tasks that require experienced oversight
Qualifications

  • Approximately 10+ years of plumbing experience
  • Strong background in new construction plumbing
  • Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
  • Ability to read plans and specifications
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Valid plumbing license (if required by state/local regulations)

We're looking for a professional who can help us manage our growing workload, support our existing team, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

If you're an experienced plumber who wants to join a company with a strong pipeline of work, a solid reputation, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to talk with you.
