The leader will also be responsible for training development and budget monitoring to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams of 6 to 10 or more members in residential environments
- Maintain moderate client interaction to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Oversee residential operations and uphold safety and quality standards
- Resolve conflicts promptly
Knowledge of safety standards in residential settingsto maintain team cohesion and client trust- Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and residential status
- Facilitate training and professional development for team members
- Monitor and manage budget to align with operational requirements
