Job Description Job Description This position is responsible for supervising team members, coordinating daily tasks, maintaining quality standards, communicating with management, and making sure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
The ideal candidate has strong field experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep crews productive while representing Hyarch well on every jobsite.
Schedule may vary based on project needs. Day, evening, weekend, and overtime opportunities may be available.
Requirements: - OSHA Certification
- Must have experience leading crews in construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial, labor, or related field work
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to keep team members organized, productive, and accountable
- Must be able to communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, project managers, and clients
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, or varying schedules as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish
