Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes and cook menu items according to Wayback recipes and quality standards - Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. - Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation and timely service. Assist with inventory checks, stocking supplies and minimizing food waste. - Ensure that all food is prepared with care and attention to detail, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage and kitchen equipment use.
