Responsibilities: - Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage the project schedule and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and clients.
- Implement best practices for efficient resource management and cost control.
Requirements: - INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE RUNNING FIRE RELATED JOBS.
- MUST KNOW XACTIMATE
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
