Crew Lead/Foreman to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the concrete coatings industry with a company that values hard work, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and installation of residential and commercial concrete coatings
- Safely transport materials, equipment, and crew to and from job sites
- Set up job sites and ensure tools and supplies are ready for each project
- Support the crew leader and follow instructions to ensure high-quality installations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and experience towing a trailer
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
- Experience in epoxy or concrete coatings is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
