Can you close high-ticket deals on the spot? We are hiring experienced Outside Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals in a 1099 commission-based position. Pre-qualified appointments are provided with steady selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
• Meet with prospects and present solutions
• Run appointments and close deals
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
• Handle objections and guide purchasing decisions
• Identify additional opportunities when appropriate
Compensation:
• Uncapped commissions
• Top performers earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven ability to close on the first visit
• Experience in B2C or in-home sales
• Strong communication and objection handling
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
