As a Concrete Polishing Foreman, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate with project managers, and supervise skilled workers to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Transport equipment and supplies to job site using company truck and trailer.
- Lead and supervise concrete polishing crews, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan daily activities and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Oversee surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and sealing processes using advanced equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and diamond tooling.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards and company policies.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify surface smoothness, gloss levels, and overall finish quality.
- Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage.
- Train and mentor team members on proper polishing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
