We are looking for professional crews with a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and high-quality workmanship for residential and commercial restoration and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete work according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current OSHA safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Deliver quality workmanship and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must carry current General Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance.
- Must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- Must own reliable transportation, tools, and equipment related to your trade.
- Must comply with all OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
- Ability to travel throughout our service territory as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable communication and organizational skills.
