- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Present, explain, and sell insurance products clearly and ethically
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
