Experienced Superintendent for projects in Cleveland / Sandusky area. Must be able to pass federal background check.

Ability to use small tools a plus. Need to be organized and able to handle different disciplines and knowledge of Commercial General Contracting required.

Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Projects, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 required

Compensation based on experience.
