We are seeking a Site Foreman to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of personnel and construction of related projects across metal framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings
Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks for work to be performed
- Direct and lead the work of personnel
- Evaluate personnel and safety requirements
- Ensure deadlines and cost budgets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Be a working foreman that will be required to personally perform tasks as the project allows.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the interior finish construction trade
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
