- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods (we provide the areas + guidance)
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners
- Share quick info about GP Roof and Paint services
- Set appointments for free inspections (your main goal)
- Track leads and updates using your phone
- Work with a team that actually helps you improve
What We're Looking For
You don't need sales experience - we'll train you.
We do want someone who is:
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers
- Coachable and willing to learn a simple script
- Reliable and on time
- Able to walk and be outside for a few hours at a time
