Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the Industrial Distribution Industry
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fastening industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of fastening products and applications is a plus.
