Pacesetter Personnel Services has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, motivated Staffing Account Manager to work in our Tampa market.
Your compensation includes competitive base pay, commission, and an auto allowance. You will also receive a company phone and benefits.
Job Qualifications:
Experience in sales for a Staffing Agency is a plus, but not required
Need to be a great sales professional, a self-starter, and a closer
Assertive and goal-oriented
Positive, high energy, and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow
Drive and passion to excel in sales
Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities include:
Manage daily business development, client visits, and proposals
Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of the company's sales goals and profitability
Assist with marketing campaigns to generate new business
Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market
Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity
The desire to work in a team-focused environment
A genuine interest in learning about client organizations and providing quality solutions
The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results
Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members
Interact professionally with others
Perform other duties as assigned
