$150K - $200K+.

- Self-motivated and career-minded go-getters!
- A high level of Communication Skills
- Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus-but not required!
- A passion for learning and a drive to succeed! We want someone humble, hungry, honeable, and hard-working.
- Availability for 5 PM and Some Saturday appointments is required.
- Motivated to find self generated Lead Sources (They also pay almost double the commission)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships and make lasting connections!
Follow-Up Magic: Provide consistent communication from initial contact to closing!
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to wow customers with your expertise!
Qualify & Estimate: Identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress!
Negotiate with Flair: Understand design principles and close those deals! What You Can Expect:
Company Mileage Reimbursement or Car at senior level. Full-time Work Potential to Earn $200K per Year Paid Training to learn a valuable trade
