Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of projects
- Supervision of project teams' execution of project requirements
- Plan reading, comprehension, and take-off
- Managing change orders and claims
- Management of project schedules
- Cost control
- Problem-solving abilities and a get-it-done attitude
- Compiling information and documentation of project contractual requirements
- Ability to meet fast-paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines
- Preparing reports
- Technical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to others
- Travel may be required
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects under fast-paced deadlines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office software programs utilized for project oversight
